I am interested in working in IT so I can create with tools concise and practical solutions. I have the willingness to innovate and work in diverse IT areas. A new challenge every day, it is continuous learning! I like to learn and explore new things as an individual the same way I like to do it in a team. Daily Activities:
Manage in/outcoming phone calls, chats, and e-mail traffic remotely,
Actively listen and resolve complaints from our users,
Investigate discrepancies, identify causes of errors, develop and test solutions,
Manage and document issues to resolve, communicate them to team leads and managers,
Achievements:
